Vetiver Grass UK - Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

Delivery

Vetiver Grass UK currently delivers to the UK and Europe. There are some countries such as Australia and Canada that do not allow the import of herbal products such as Vetiver. If you want a delivery outside of the UK and Europe please get in touch directly - sales@vetivegrassuk.com

At Vetiver Grass UK we want to ensure you receive the best possible customer service so all our orders are dispatched the next working day, free of charge. Due to the continuing Covid crisis there are ongoing delays with the postal service, that are out of our control and some orders may take longer to arrive. We ask that you bear with us during this period.

 

    • All orders are dispatched the next working day

 

    • All deliveries within the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. Please allow 2-4 working days

 

    • All deliveries to the EU are sent by International Standard post and may be subject to custom opening. Please allow 4-9 working days

 

 

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

It is important to us that you receive the right order in good condition so, we strongly advise that you inspect your order on arrival. If the items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email at sales@vetivergrassuk.com as soon as possible, with your order details, including a photo of the damage or wrong item. We will then advise you on the next steps.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Returns & Refunds

At Vetiver Grass UK your satisfaction is our prime concern and we hope that you will love our products as much as we do. If for some reason you are not happy with the product then please get in touch by email at sales@vetivergrassuk.com so we can arrange for a refund or an exchange.

We can only offer refunds on unopened products within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. We will issue a refund (less delivery charges) within 14 working days of receipt, of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Cancellations

We understand that you may change your mind and want to cancel your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please send your notice of cancellation in writing or by email and return the goods to Vetiver Grass UK in their original, unopened and unused condition.
